I’m Lisa, a Meditation Coach, and growing Kirtan artist, based in my hometown London.

I am on a mission to get Londoners of all ages meditating daily to improve wellbeing and performance.

I weave together modern mindfulness with ancient Buddhist and yogic meditation methods, supported by neuroscience and nervous system regulation techniques.

With stress becoming a global epidemic and one of the top reasons for increased health issues, I believe meditation is the most important mental hygiene practice we can be doing every day, resulting in more balanced thoughts, feelings and actions for ourselves, our family's and communities.

I have coached the teams and employees at Wells Fargo bank, Clear Score Finance, Genie AI, Styist Magazine, Kings College Hospital, Oru Space and Charlton Athletic FC’s under 21's.

6 week Beginners Meditation Course

This course is designed for:

  • company teams

  • public service teams

  • business leaders, way makers & influencers

  • school teaching teams

  • school year groups

This course is designed for those with busy lives and not much time. Practicing meditation daily clears the daily accumulation of stress and helps you to be more efficient and make decisions from a clear and focused place, creating more positive results in your life.

We will cover all the basics needed to get you set up for your own independent 20min practice. The framework of the course includes theory and practice, with a session once a week over 6 weeks.

Week 1-3

Understanding the neuroscience of meditation, the science behind the nervous system and stress accumalation. Learning the foundations for a daily practice: posture, set, setting and senses. Navigating the thoughts coming up and out. Establishing a solid 20min daily practice to release stress, de-excite the nervous system and begin to experience a neutral state.

Week 4-6

Diving deeper into the practice: advancing your posture, introducing two practices a day, meditating in noisy spaces and on the move. Advancing from a neutral state to a creative state, using your daily practice to set clear and focused intentions for your day, month, year and generations ahead. Establishing a solid 20min practice twice a day to release stress and actualise long term goals.

Those who want personalised coaching with weekly check-ins, slotted into your schedule. These sessions are designed around your specific needs:

We will take time to assess where your nervous systems defaults and use techniques to up or down regulate your nervous system accordingly.

We will work on building a daily meditation practice, including mid-week check-ins to check on your progress.

We will talk through your goals and use your daily meditation practice as an opportunity to get clarity and insights on your goals
